I absolutely LUV this app because it also offers more apps so a person can follow through with "learning"/changing /understanding their behaviors...I tell my clinical team(they have continuelly changed through out my years)"I have been crazy for over 100 years and probably several lifetimes..I am old and tired now.. I would just like to ignore my past and die gracefully"...My point?!..."I'm not..because I don't know "Me" and "Why Me" happenned..I sure wish I had come across this app 20+ ago
I've been using this app for more than three years and I've seen a lot of significant improvements in terms of design layout and features. I'm still pleased with it. 😊 Overall a good and simple app to help you understand and do CBT.
The CBT app helps me identify my emotions and thought patterns.

Difficulty understanding how to use
So far not good at all. I have only been able to use the daily summary section and can go no further? Is that because the app is junk? Or is the daily summary the only part accessable for free? Please can someone get back to me with the answer? I'd love to be able to help myself become & be a better me. Also I'll be able to give a better review and rating. Thanks
Brilliant. If you're familiar with CBT you'll know how to use this app, if not, you will learn by using it but should probably prioritize the articles. It's well worth the effort!
